This reservation secures your place in the first series of the Ohoya Heliostat One Bundle – the complete, smart device: Heliostat base plus Pro-module with diffusion mirror, solar self-sufficiency, and intelligent sensor technology.

What you are booking here: a reservation, not a binding order. You pay a reservation fee of 99 € today and thus secure a place in the production sequence. You decide on the purchase only at the start of series production – completely freely.

How your reservation works:

1. You pay a 99 € reservation fee today.
2. We will inform you as soon as series production begins.
3. You then decide whether you want to buy. The final price is 798 € (incl. VAT). Your 99 € will be fully credited – a remaining payment of 699 € remains.
4. If you no longer wish to purchase, you cancel the reservation – we will refund your 99 €.

Good to know:

• Cancellable at any time: You can end your reservation at any time and without giving reasons. The reservation fee will be fully refunded to you.
• Fully creditable: The 99 € will be 100% credited to the final price upon later purchase.
• No binding purchase: A purchase contract is only concluded when you actively confirm at the start of series production and make the remaining payment.
• Delivery/Availability Notice: The Ohoya Heliostat One Bundle is in the pre-series phase. A binding delivery date is not yet fixed; delivery is expected in Q2/2027. We will keep you updated on the specific status.
