This reservation secures you a place in the first series of the Ohoya Heliostat One Base – the independent heliostat that directs sunlight precisely where you need it: on your patio, balcony, in the garden, or through a window into your home.

What you are booking here: a reservation, not a binding order. You pay a reservation fee of €49 today, thereby securing a place in the production sequence. You only decide to purchase when series production begins – completely at your discretion.

How your reservation works:

1. You pay a €49 reservation fee today.
2. We will inform you as soon as series production starts.
3. You then decide whether you want to purchase. The final price is €599 (incl. VAT). Your €49 will be fully credited – leaving a remaining payment of €550.
4. If you no longer wish to purchase, you cancel the reservation – we will refund your €49.

Good to know:

• Revocable at any time: You can cancel your reservation at any time and without giving reasons. The reservation fee will be fully refunded to you.
• Fully creditable: The €49 will be 100% credited towards the final price upon later purchase.
• No binding purchase: A purchase agreement only comes into effect when you actively confirm and make the remaining payment at the start of series production.
• Delivery/Availability Note: The Ohoya Heliostat One is in the pre-series phase. A binding delivery date has not yet been set; delivery is expected in Q2/2027. We will keep you updated on the specific status.

Price includes statutory VAT. Shipping costs for the later product will be shown separately before the purchase is completed.
