Right of Withdrawal & Refund Rights
The statutory right of withdrawal set out below applies to consumers in the EU. Our commitment to refund the reservation fee in full at any time until shipment applies to all customers.
A. Right of withdrawal — pre-order reservations
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (the day we confirmed your reservation).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — ohoya GmbH, Tannenbergallee 14, 14055 Berlin, Germany, email: contact@ohoya.de — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

In addition, beyond what the law requires
Independently of this right of withdrawal, you may cancel your reservation at any time until shipment and receive your reservation fee back in full. This contractual right goes further than the statutory right of withdrawal and is unaffected by it.
B. Reservations (Pre-Launch Deal) — our contractual cancellation right
The reservation offered via this shop does not constitute a purchase contract. The Reservation Terms apply.
You can cancel your reservation at any time and without giving reasons. The reservation fee paid (€49 or €99) will be refunded in full via the payment method originally used within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation.

C. Right of Withdrawal for the Later Purchase Contract
If you conclude a binding purchase contract at the start of series production, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers pursuant to §§ 312g, 355 BGB applies.
Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.
Declaration of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ohoya GmbH, Tannenbergallee 14, 14055 Berlin, e-mail: contact@ohoya.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail).
Consequences of withdrawal: In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments made by you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. You will receive the complete withdrawal instructions for the specific purchase contract upon conclusion of the purchase.
