Booking conditions

1. Subject of the Reservation By making a reservation, the customer secures a place in the production and delivery sequence for the respective product (Ohoya Heliostat One Base or Bundle). The reservation does not constitute a binding order or a purchase agreement.

2. Reservation Fee and Credit The reservation fee is €49 (Base) or €99 (Bundle), each including statutory VAT. In the event of a subsequent purchase, it will be fully credited towards the final price (final price Base: €599; Bundle: €799, each including VAT; plus shipping, if applicable).

3. No Automatic Purchase Agreement A purchase agreement for the product will only be concluded when the customer, upon request from Ohoya at the start of series production, actively confirms the purchase and makes the remaining payment. Until then, there is no obligation to purchase or accept the product.

4. Cancellation and Refund The customer can cancel the reservation at any time and without stating reasons. In this case, the reservation fee paid will be fully refunded. The refund will be made via the original payment method within [e.g., 14] days.

5. Delivery Time / No Fixed Delivery Date The product is in the pre-series phase. A binding delivery date cannot be guaranteed at the time of reservation. Ohoya will inform reserving customers in good time about the production and delivery status. Should the product not reach series maturity, all paid reservation fees will be fully refunded.

6. Prices The stated final price is the preferential price intended for initial reservations at the time of reservation. [If a price guarantee is desired, formulate it precisely and enforceably here – no general "lowest price ever" statements.]

7. Consumer Rights Statutory consumer rights – in particular any right of withdrawal in connection with the subsequent purchase agreement – remain unaffected by these reservation terms. The cancellation policy applies accordingly [link].
