1. Subject of the Reservation
With the reservation, the customer secures a place in the production and delivery sequence for the respective product (ohoya Heliostat Base or ohoya Heliostat Bundle). The reservation does not constitute a binding order or a purchase contract.
2. Reservation Fee and Crediting
The reservation fee is €49 (Base) or €99 (Bundle), in each case incl. statutory VAT. In the event of a later purchase, it will be fully credited towards the final price (final price Base: €599; Bundle: €799, in each case incl. VAT; plus shipping where applicable).
3. No Automatic Conclusion of Purchase
A purchase contract for the product is only concluded when the customer, after being invited to do so by ohoya at the start of series production, actively confirms the purchase and pays the remaining amount. Until then, there is no obligation whatsoever to purchase or accept the product.
4. Cancellation and Refund
The customer may end the reservation at any time and without giving reasons. In this case, the reservation fee paid will be refunded in full. The refund will be made via the payment method originally used within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation.
5. Delivery Time / No Fixed Delivery Date
The product is in the pre-series phase. A binding delivery date cannot be guaranteed at the time of reservation. ohoya will inform customers with reservations in good time about the production and delivery status. Should the product not reach series maturity, all reservation fees paid will be refunded in full.
6. Prices
The stated pre-launch price (Base: €599; Bundle: €799, in each case incl. VAT) is the guaranteed preferential price for all reservations received before the official start of sales. ohoya undertakes to honour this price for all customers who reserve as part of the Pre-Launch Deal. The retail price applicable later will be higher.
7. Consumer Rights
Statutory consumer rights – in particular any right of withdrawal in connection with the later purchase contract – remain unaffected by these reservation terms. Further information: Right of Withdrawal.
8. Data Protection
The data collected in the course of the reservation will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
